Pressure Pulsing with Flair Espresso, WARNING: Dangerous
WARNING: When doing this method on Flair, there is a chance the grouphead could open and blow up on you. There is a potential for serious burns and possibly losing your head. So proceed at your own risk. THIS IS EXPERIMENTAL ESPRESSO!
This is my first attempt at Pressure Pulsing (https://youtu.be/wtxvDDmLAl8) on the Flair. I didn’t have the screw in the bottom of the machine which would help with stability.
The resulting shot differences were similar to the same shot on la Pavoni. So far, I’ve noticed a bigger difference for pressure pulsing for a staccato shot or at least a more even effect across my scores.
